In summary, the patient (whether self-pay or insured) is responsible for all fees.

All fees are denominated in GBP unless otherwise agreed.

All payments are handled by Stripe with industry leading levels of internet security, authentication, encryption and compliant data retention. 

Cancellation Policy - Summary

Bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 business day hours before the appointment time without charge.

Cancellations between 24 hours and 48 hours before the appointment time will incur a 50% charge.

Any cancellations or failure to attend will incur a 100% charge.

Please note, insurance companies will not pay for cancellation/non-attendance and the patient remains liable for all fees.

Refunds / Disputes

In the event of billing problems or unsatisfactory service, in the first instance please contact us here and we will endeavour to resolve the problem immediately.
